Steffi and Christian – love in South Tyrol
One of Steffis childhood dreams came true when Christian got married to her in the romantic church of St. Kathrein in Meran, South Tyrol. They wanted to accentuate the charm of this beautiful church and so it was decorated with restrained little bouquets of flowers only.
Both are very close to nature and so even festive decorated Haflinger horses became guests at this wedding. Together with their families and friends they left for a mountain pasture by horse buggy. This highlight was a big surprise for everybody and revealed once more the naturalness and nativeness of this wedding.
The following party at the hotel was a successful ending for everyone. Previously the guests found little self-made presents in their rooms: traditional Italian wedding almonds – which symbolise the sweet and bitter moments of a marriage – but also tissues, soap bubbles and a little routine of the day.
Thank you Norman Schätz of Green Lemon Photography for those impressive pictures which allow us to dive into magical moments of Steffis and Christians wedding.
